We take our RV and travel to several Bluegrass Festivals year round, and not just in Texas either!  We've been to some great big events.  But Charlotte does a fine job of putting this festival on and it has become one of our favorite events to attend each year.  She always has a great lineup of musicians, is friendly to folks and the most positive and upbeat person you'd ever want to meet.  If you haven't been to Brownwood, you are missing a real treat!                        John Brock

Let me take just a moment of your time to tell you about my dear friend Charlotte Parrack. My name is Mike Powell and I have been associated with music festivals around the Southern United States since 1984 both as a performing artist and voiceover announcer acting as Master of Ceremonies. I have known Charlotte for 5 years now as we were introduced when she assumed management of the Texas Bluegrass Celebration in Brownwood, Texas. This event had suffered from less than adequate attention to detail and attendance had dwindled severly to the point that the event was near failure. This lady thinks of eveything. First of all, her people skills make her a joy to work for or with. Her constant attention to the needs of the fans and the booked artists help the occasion run very smooth. She has organizational skills that cover all the bases ahead of time avoiding the all dreaded word "oops!". She is always quick to point out the businesses and opportunities in Early, Brownwood and Brown County, Texas. Through uncertain economic days and sometimes horrendous fuel costs, she has maintained sustained growth at the festival every year since she has been promoting it. Charlotte and her husband Roy (who is her rock and supporter) are a real treat to visit with. I am always quick to recommend the Texas Bluegrass Celebration to anyone wanting to have a great time and not have to worry about everything being cared for. Charlotte Parrack is a tremendous asset for anybody's management team and I highly recommend her for any task or position she seeks. We have a common faith in JESUS CHRIST and I know she would be the first to give HIM credit for her success and abilities.
